A native Gbagyi but born and brought up in Maiduguri, Borno State Nigeria. As an Artist/Producer, Tabakaji have produced and recorded with funkiest Mallam in (Bilikisu), with Frazeand AREWA ALL STARS on (Abin Dadi), Style, Pupayants to name but a few.
Matafiyi is an Hausa word that means (Travller or Sojourner). Inspired by the struggle in entertainment business Dubble Dee came up with the idea of a song to get to the minds and hearts of his people, Nigerians and the world at large.
